The organizer can invite you to the event by sharing the event code. The further sequence of actions depends on whether you already have a registered account on the platform or not.

Follow this link to register your account and enter the event code provided by the organizer.
I have an account already
Follow this link and log in to PINE. You will be redirected to the page with upcoming events. If you have them in the list, just scroll left to apply the code provided by the organizer.
Troubleshooting
It may happen that an organizer has edited the event code or provided you with the wrong one by mistake. In this case, you will see the notice "Event not found".
If the code does not work, please reach out to the organizer.
To find their contact details, simply check the website where you purchased a ticket. You can search for it by the name of the event or organization on the Internet.
