PINE gives an opportunity to track the event's performance and its success by means of the analytics provided by our platform.

All information about the event is located in the Аnalytics Section in the organizer account.

There you can find quick access to all Reports and Overview statistics for Streaming, Attendees, and Meetings.

Streaming

In the streaming tab, you will find estimated streaming hours and total used hours during your event.

There is also a list of all activities with a PINE or RTMP streaming source. From this page, you can also check if there are any live sessions right now so that you have flexible control of the paid streaming sources.

Attendees

In the attendees tab, you can see all the statistics for the attendees' performance at the event.

The first graph shows the total number of registrations. Among them, you can distinguish invited attendees and those who activated their profiles.

The second graph shows the online performance of all attendees.

And on the third graph, you can see the statistics by groups of attendees and their activation rate.

Meetings and Random Meetings

Meetings statistics are available in the meetings tab. There you can find the information for all scheduled 1-to-1 meetings and whether they are confirmed or not.

In the Random Meetings tab, you can also find the same statistics for random networking meetings.

Reports

We have made access to statistics reports even more quick and easy. Now you can download necessary reports in CSV or XLSX format from the Reports section.

There is all the information and analytics to all sections of the event.

Anyway, you still can find these statistics in different sections of your event, for example, in the sessions, attendees tabs, etc.

You can download all reports and questions for the session in CSV or XLSX file formats. To do that you need to open the necessary tab. Then you need to press on three columns at the upper right corner. After that, you need to choose which information you want to download.

Analytics room

There is also a possibility to find the statistics for the number of people who attend a particular stage or booth.

To get this information please switch to the Attendee App and click on the stage or booth you need to analyze. There you need to click on the analytics room ( three columns in the upper right corner) and you will see the statistics.

Please note that this is not real-time analytics, so the information about every viewer becomes available 12 hours after an attendee enters the stage/booth/room.

Analytics room is available on the stage, virtual booth, or in the virtual room. You can sort the information by the report type (viewers list or viewers count). Moreover, you can select the period to check the specific statistics. For example, you can choose a particular day of the event or even a certain session.

Sponsor Ads

The information about sponsor ads can be downloaded in the Sponsor Ads tab in the organizer's account. Just click on three dots in the upper right corner

For sponsor ads you can find the following statistics:

  • T.V. - shows the total views count

  • U.V. - shows unique views count

  • Clicks - displays how many clicks were made

  • E.R. - engagement rate (reveals the percentage of clicks from the views count)
