Organizers have the opportunity to track the event performance and its success with the help of analytics provided by our platform.
You can find the statistics for different sections of your event, for example, for sessions, attendees, virtual expos, etc.
You can download all reports and questions for the session in CSV or XLSX file formats. To do that you need to go to your organizer account and open the Sessions tab. Then you need to press on three columns at the upper right corner. After that, you need to choose which information you want to download.
If you need to get the statistics about the number of attendees and their status, you need to go to the Attendees tab and click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Then you will be able to export the needed data in CSV or XLSX file format.
There is also a possibility to find the statistics for the number of people who attend a particular stage or booth.
To get this information please switch to the Attendee App and click on the session you want to analyze in the Sessions tab. There you need to click on the analytics room ( three columns in the upper right corner) and you will see the statistics.
Please note that this information becomes available after 12 hours from the start of the event and updates every hour.
Analytics room is available on the stage, virtual booth, or in the virtual room. You can sort the information by the report type (viewers list or viewers count). Moreover, you can select the period to check the specific statistics. For example, you can choose a particular day of the event or even a certain session.
The information about sponsor ads can be downloaded in the Sponsor Ads tab in the organizer's account.
Just click on three dots in the upper right corner as it is shown on the screenshot.
