There are some situations when tickets for several attendees are bought to one email.

In this case, the attendee who activated the account first needs to go send invitations to the rest of the participants who have these tickets as well.

You need to go to the Event Settings and then you will see the section with reserved tickets.

You need to add the first name, last name, and email of the rest of the attendees, so they could use their personal info and tickets for the event.

After that, these attendees can have access to the event and their own profiles.

We consider it important to clarify that ticketing systems can change the logic of integration from their side. If your ticketing policy allows a change or upgrade of the ticket, you should pay attention to this process and check if the integration result suits you in this case.
