PINE is a subscription service for which you need to pay 120$ per month. Despite the fact that PINE is a self-service platform, we offer various support opportunities for organizers before and during their events.

When you choose our monthly subscription, you have access to our knowledge database in the Help Center, online chat with our support team and support email ([email protected]).

You can find all the links for contacting us in the left bottom corner of the screen in the organizer account.

This kind of support is considered to be basic and is available for all organizers during business hours Monday to Friday.

Please note that we do not provide services for setting up the event. From our side we can only recommend agencies that deal with it.
