You can upload media to stages using Media Library which can be played during breaks or sessions.

Note: Generally, there is no ideal size for videos and pictures. There is a recommended aspect ratio of 4:3. But you should be aware the video will be resized depending on the browser window and the monitor size.

All media files can be played from the "Media" tab on the stage.

There you can make the media play by default, for example, if you need to put a welcome video or a screen-saver for the stage.

If you need to play the media by default, please click on the button “default” in front of the necessary file.

Please note that this media cannot be turned off. You can just start playing another media file if you want - just click on the button “default” again in front of the new file.
