In case you do not have video/audio/screen sharing available, please check if you have other apps that are already launched. Usually, these apps block access to video and audio signals. It could be Zoom, Teams, or Skype, for example.

Moreover, we have a little checklist for a better experience while using our platform:

  1. If you use the Safari browser, please, switch to Google Chrome.
  2. Please check if you allowed video&audio sharing in Google Chrome.
  3. Please check if streaming is allowed on a system level. If you are using Mac, you can do it in Security & Privacy settings.
