The latency during the streams is a common situation that cannot be improved as the data transfer protocol works this. The usual latency between the speaker and the viewer is about 10-20 seconds.

Please note that speakers on the same stage themselves do not experience the latency as they are in the same stream. So, they can receive the information simultaneously.

Sometimes users may experience the increase of the latency on the platform. Usually, such an increase is caused because of the network issues on the user’s or speaker’s side.

Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed totally but there are some tips to improve the situation:

  1. Try to switch to Ethernet instead of WiFi

  2. Ensure you are close enough to your router.

  3. Close/turn off any unneeded devices or applications that could be consuming bandwidth.
