We are focused on making the networking process easier and productive for everyone. That is why we designed tags on the PINE platform.
Tags can be applied to attendees and companies as well, so they could better describe themselves at the event.
If you want to add tags for attendees, please go to the Settings -> Attendees. In the section “Attendee Tags” you can set up if you want to provide attendees with the opportunity to add tags to their profiles, add their own tags or if you can show the advanced list of tags in the mobile app.
Here below, you can set three types of tags: "I am", "I can offer" and "I'm looking for". "I am" tag is about attendees' personalities and professions. For example, I am a marketing specialist.
"I can offer" is about the skills of attendees. For example, I can offer video production.
"I'm looking for" is about their interests and new opportunities. For example, I am looking for new talents.
To add a new tag, write it in the field below of each section "Add new tag" -> write the tag -> then push the Enter button. After adding all tags, do not forget to click on the "save" button.
You can easily filter attendees by their tags in the Attendee App.
Also, you will be able to see all the tags selected by a particular attendee on his profile. Please have a look at this article to know how they add this information.
To add a new tag for companies, you need to open Settings -> Company tags. To add a new tag, write it in the "Add new tag" field, then push the Enter button. After adding all tags, do not forget to click on the "save" button.
There you can set up the tags as you can do it in the Attendees section.
You can select tags for companies yourself in their settings and it also can be done by company admins in the Company Portal. Please have a look below to see how they do it.
In case organizers use the integration for adding attendees to the platform (i.e. custom integration or ticketing), he/she can add tags on the registration step. So, all the tags will be then submitted to the PINE platform with the rest information about your attendees.
