Sometimes there are unforeseen situations when, after certain circumstances, we urgently need to change our schedule of meetings.

It is quite easy to reschedule or cancel a meeting which can be done in a couple of movements.

Reschedule a meeting

In order to change the time or date of a scheduled meeting, you should go to the “My Meetings” section, then select a scheduled meeting and click on it.

Next, you will see detailed information about the meeting. In order to reschedule it, you need to click on the "Reschedule" button.

After that, you will be offered to pick a new date and time for your meeting. Then, please, send your new request.

Cancel a meeting

In order to cancel the meeting, you should go to the “My meetings” section, then select the previously appointed meeting and click on it.

In the window that appears, you can see the "Cancel Meeting" button.

In the next section, you will see a warning that you are about to cancel the meeting. Please specify the reason and confirm the cancellation.

You can also make some adjustments to the schedule if you click on three dots in front of the necessary meeting. From there you can see the details of the meeting, reschedule or cancel it.

How to adjust your personal schedule?

There is also a possibility to lock the time slots in your personal schedule, so nobody could send a request for a meeting for this time.

To lock specific time slots you need to open the "My meetings" tab and click on three dots at the upper menu bar. Then you will open the availability window where you can lock particular slots (click on the lock sign) or lock all (click on the "lock all" button).

If you want to unlock some slots, you need to click on the lock sign again in front of the particular time slot.
